Website for Sale after Owner Files for Bankruptcy

A website that has no plans for advertising, no advertising whatsoever, and looks like a old bulletin board, is now for sale for $40,000.
LTH Forum gained popularity in the Chicago area as an online community for food enthusiasts. Although the parties involved with LTH Forum are still unsure about the sale, it appears as though there has been one bid for bankruptcy filed through a U.S. Bankruptcy court. The sale was triggered, however, by the personal bankruptcy bid of owner Gary Wiviott.
Back in 2007 Wiviott borrowed an undisclosed amount of money from charter member and attorney Peter Daane, with the promise to repay it. When the amount remained unpaid, Daane sued Wiviott and was issued a default judgement. As a result, Wiviott filed for bankruptcy protection in 2010. Now Daane is back on the online forum, announcing the sale of the website. One bid has already been posted, that of LTH Acquisition LLC, a partnership between Steve Zaransky and two other LTH members.
